Antigonish Heritage Museum is a community museum that strives to preserve and promote a cultural understanding of the heritage of Antigonish Town and County.  Housed in the former CN Rail Station building, it is located at 20 East Main Street in the Town of Antigonish.

The Heritage Association of Antigonish, a registered Canadian Charitable Organization incorporated in Nova Scotia by the Societies Act, owns and operates the Antigonish Heritage Museum through an incorporated entity called the Antigonish Heritage Museum Board.

The other two owners of the Antigonish Heritage Museum Board are as follows:

The Town of Antigonish

The Municipality of the County of Antigonish

All three are equal owners.
